Abbott is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Australia to provide after-sales support, repairs and maintenance for diagnostics equipment. The role involves installations, deinstallations and training of technicians, with a focus on reliability improvement and root cause analysis.

You will work with Abbott products such as Architect and Alinity, in hospital/laboratory settings, and may require a rotating roster and travel up to 20% to support customers after hours.

Qualificações

• Electrical experience is necessary.
• Knowledge of LIS connectivity and laboratory automation is a plus.
• Experience with Abbott products or similar instrumentation in pathology labs/hospitals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-sales support, repairs, maintenance and implementations.
• Install and deinstall equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Train technicians and Abbott representatives on devices and procedures.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive issue resolution.
