Zusammenfassung

HTC Foods is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Melbourne (Remote). You will cover Melbourne and surrounds, visiting restaurants, grocers and food service customers to build relationships and grow sales across our Asian and specialty foods range.

This independent role requires identifying new accounts, introducing promotions, and logging visits in our CRM (Ecanvasser). Weekly pipeline reporting and market insight sharing with head office are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and an Asian language preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, food service or wholesale food sales.
• Confident in approaching new businesses and working independently.
• Able to work remotely with strong communication via phone, email and video.

Field Sales Representative, Melbourne (Remote)

This is a remote field sales role covering Melbourne and surrounds. You'll work independently in your territory, building relationships with new and existing customers and growing sales across our range. Our head office is in Brisbane, and you'll stay connected with the sales and operations team through regular online check-ins, with full support from head office.

Key responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, grocers and food service customers across your territory
• Find and open new accounts, and grow orders from existing customers
• Introduce new products, promotions and seasonal range
• Take orders and follow up on deliveries, pricing and customer feedback
• Log visits and activity in our CRM (Ecanvasser) and report weekly on your pipeline
• Share market insights on competitors, pricing and customer trends

About you

• Bilingual in English and an Asian language such as Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai (highly preferred)
• Experience in FMCG, food service or wholesale food sales
• Confident approaching new businesses and comfortable working independently
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with good communication over phone, email and video calls
• Organised, reliable and good at following through
• Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of Asian food products and Melbourne's Asian hospitality and grocery scene is a big plus
