Job summary

The Fine Food Merchant is seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of existing customers and pursue new business opportunities in Sydney and greater NSW, including independent supermarkets, green-grocers, butcher shops, and premium specialty stores.

The role focuses on driving distribution and building relationships while identifying new customers, with overnight travel within the call cycle. Live within 30km of Hornsby in Northern Sydney.

Qualifications

• FMCG sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Right attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for the work.
• Natural people person with the ability to build relationships and hunger to drive sales.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working autonomously.

Seeking a Full-Time Sales Representative to join The Fine Food Merchant team in NSW!

The Fine Food Merchant is a premium food and beverage distribution business based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We're on the look-out for a motivated, energetic and personable individual to join our growing team as we expand our operation into NSW.

The successful candidates will manage a portfolio of existing customers and actively pursue new business opportunities within Sydney and greater NSW. This includes a varied group of customers – independent supermarkets, green-grocers, butcher shops, & premium, independent specialty stores.

This role will largely consist of:

• Drive distribution & compliance within your existing store network as well as in new stores
• Overall relationship building
• Cold calling potential new customers
• Overnight travel included within call cycle

About you:

Live within proximity of Northern Sydney (within a 30km radius of Hornsby)

FMCG sales experience is preferrable and advantageous but not required. We are first and foremost chasing:
