Job summary

Evolve Scientific is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth across Australia. You will develop product knowledge, run demonstrations, and train customers within food, pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors.

You will travel frequently, build long-term relationships with Laboratory Managers and distributors, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• Full driver's license is essential.
• Ability to travel and work independently while also being part of a wider team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage on-going customer relationships.
• Commercial mindset with solution-selling capability.

About the company/role:

Our client is a distributor of analytical instrumentation across a wide range of industries including food, pharmaceutical, medical and other laboratory sectors. This role will deal directly with Laboratory Managers and distributors within these sectors. The office is based in Northwest Sydney but there is travel required across Sydney and interstate.

Duties:

• Develop a deep understanding of the product range offering
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
