Job summary

All Gen Foods in Sydney seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive growth of our FMCG brands with retailers on the road.

You will win new accounts, manage existing ones, expand shelf presence and ensure product performance. A proactive, energy-driven attitude and a valid driver's licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or supermarket/retail environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable with minimal supervision.

Field Sales Rep - FMCG | All Gen Foods | Sydney

All Gen Foods is a family-run food importing and distribution business based in Marrickville. We bring in and distribute brands we genuinely believe in - George's Natural organic juices, premium Medjool dates, Crying Thaiger Thai curry pastes and meal kits, and more - supplying independent supermarkets, grocers, delis and health food stores right across NSW.

We're growing, and we're looking for a sales rep to grow with us.

The role

You'll be out on the road building relationships with retailers - winning new accounts, looking after existing ones, getting our brands onto more shelves and making sure they sell once they're there. It's hands-on, people-first work with real variety day to day.

Who we're after

Someone with energy and a genuine work ethic who wants to build something, not just clock in

Maybe you're already in supermarkets or grocery and ready for a fresh start, or you're hungry to break into FMCG sales

A strong communicator who can walk into a store and build rapport fast

Organised, self-motivated, and reliable when no one's looking over your shoulder

Based in Sydney with a current driver's licence
