Job summary

EPHealthcare is seeking a pharmaceutical sales professional to cover Western & South Western Sydney and surrounding areas. You will partner with a colleague to drive success, selling prescription respiratory products to GPs and pharmacies while meeting call rate targets and KPIs.

You’ll use data to identify key customers, strive for excellent customer experience and patient outcomes, and leverage multichannel approaches including face‑to‑face and virtual calls to achieve territory goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as pharmaceutical representative or pharmacist, or science/health graduate with sales interest.
• Tertiary qualifications in science, business, or health.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and results-driven.
• Strategic mindset open to innovation and change.

About the Role

• Permanent position covering Western & South Western Sydney and surrounding areas
• Partner with another representative on territory to drive success

• Meet call rate targets and KPIs while building strong customer relationships
• Use data to guide decisions and focus on key customers for maximum impact
• Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes
• Leverage multichannel solutions including face‑to‑face and virtual calls
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed territory targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a pharmaceutical representative or alternatively you may be a pharmacist, or a science grad / nurse with some sales experience looking to enter the pharmaceutical industry
• Tertiary qualifications in science, business, or health
• Customer‑focused and results‑driven with strong attention to detail
• Strategic mindset open to innovation and change
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a partner
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player
