Solenis is seeking an Industrial B2B Sales Leader for a field-based role in Sydney. The position blends hands-on selling with leadership development, coaching a team of Sales Representatives to accelerate performance.

You will begin by spending time in the field learning our business, product range, and sales approach, then transition into a leadership role coaching and developing the team to drive growth and profitability.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in B2B field sales with a track record of success.
• Experience in sales leadership, coaching, mentoring or people management.
• Consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate and develop others.
• High resilience, accountability and commercial acumen.
• Experience positioning value over price in competitive markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales representatives.
• Conduct regular field coaching and ride-alongs.
• Help salespeople improve prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills.
• Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and account growth.
• Drive accountability, activity levels and sales performance.
• Teach value-based selling and consultative sales techniques.
