Job summary

Miele Australia Pty is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the State Sales team, acting as the operational backbone for seamless sales activities through coordination, administration and stakeholder support.

You will coordinate field sales activities, manage reporting and dashboards, assist with exhibitions and product launches, and liaise with internal departments and external partners to deliver timely initiatives and top-tier service to dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Must-have organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong administrative experience with attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build relationships across levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field sales activities, including display stock orders, transfers, installations and dealer display maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the State Sales Manager: reporting, presentations, meeting coordination and minute taking.
• Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and other sales events.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and customer requests.
• Manage point-of-sale materials, brochures, display stock and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and sales data to support business decision‑making.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and consumer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
