Job summary

Miele Australia is seeking a Field Coordinator to support the State Sales team by coordinating field sales activities, managing dealer displays and stock transfers, and providing essential administrative support. You will work closely with Account Specialists and State Sales Managers to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field sales activities including display stock orders, transfers, installations and dealer display maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the State Sales Manager, including reporting, presentations, meeting coordination and minute taking.
• Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and other sales events.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and customer requests.
• Manage point of sale materials, brochures, display stock and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and sales data to support business decision-making.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and consumer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
