Job summary

Miele Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of premium appliance projects for residential and commercial developments. You will coordinate orders, build relationships with builders, developers and internal teams to keep projects on track from enquiry through to delivery.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and experience in project coordination or sales support within construction or related industries.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex administrative processes.
• Exposure to CRM systems and Microsoft Office in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring accurate order processing, scheduling and delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, site managers and other key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Support Business Development Managers by managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records and coordinating project documentation
• Liaise with Planning, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and customer expectations are met
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery or customer satisfaction
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies, supply agreements and commercial processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project coordination, operational efficiency and the customer experience
