Job summary

Service Stream Limited is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer to join our 24/7 operations team. The role involves coordinating and dispatching work to resources, using GPS tracking, and ensuring safety, quality and contract compliance.

Key duties include data capture in Maximo, liaising with SA Water CCC, and providing admin support to the Field Services Contract while promoting a culture of innovation within the Dispatch team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service delivery role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to manage time effectively and work across a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and dispatch work to resources based on priority and availability.
• Monitor resources using GPS tracking to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Capture asset data in SA Water’s Maximo system.
• Support field services with data validation and escalation as required.
• Collaborate with SA Water CCC and project delivery teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Provide admin support to the Field Services Contract as needed.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Dispatch team.
