• Coordinate and dispatch work to field crews and technicians.
• Liaise with supervisors on job allocation and progress.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across depot operations.
• Assist with purchasing, procurement and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate records and operational data.
• Support fleet, equipment and materials administration.
• Coordinate training, medicals and compliance activities.
• Process work orders and support operational reporting.
• Manage visitor access and provide depot support.
• Undertake ad hoc admin and operational tasks to support the wider team.
