CompuTracts Pty Ltd (Connect One Recruitment) is seeking a District Maintenance Coordinator for a NSW Government contract role based in Sydney, NSW. The position coordinates end-to-end preventative and corrective facilities maintenance across a defined district, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders, contractors and maintenance teams.

The role is mainly field-based (around 4 days a week) with one day per week potential WFH, and requires managing contractors and ensuring compliance

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance or asset maintenance, coordinating preventive and corrective work.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers and service providers, including scoping and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of WHS and safety requirements and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities across a designated region or district.
• Manage contractors, service providers and asset maintainers with scopes of work and scheduling.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with WHS, safety, procurement and operational requirements.
