Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a busy environment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate maintenance requests via phone, email and portals.
• Action and manage a high-volume shared inbox, prioritising and responding promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance across government-owned properties with contractors.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to arrange works.
• Handle challenging conversations professionally with resilience.
• Update internal systems, maintain records and process work orders.
• Prioritise competing requests and adapt to changing demands.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve service delivery targets.
