Job summary

Higgins Coatings is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined North Brisbane territory, including Redcliffe, Caboolture, Morayfield and North Lakes. You will identify targets, open doors and convert opportunities into profitable projects, while autonomously planning your territory and pursuing the right opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ideally lives near Brisbane to own the defined territory.
• Proven success winning new B2B business through proactive prospecting.
• Resilience to handle longer sales cycles and push for momentum.
• Nice to have experience in commercial painting, facilities maintenance or construction.

Responsibilities

• Identify targets, open doors, build relationships, scope and price opportunities & tenders.
• Convert pipeline into profitable projects and manage territory autonomy.
• Reach decision-makers, secure first meetings, and drive site visits and proposals.
• Maintain disciplined CRM activity and clear next steps.
