The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Corio site and cover South West Melbourne. This field-based role focuses on winning new business, prospecting, and meeting customers to grow ARC’s presence in a competitive market.

You will be hands-on, prospecting, cold calling, and developing relationships with customers in construction and related sectors.

Formación

• Genuine hunter mindset with a passion for winning new business.
• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within construction, steel, building products or related industry.
• Track record of identifying opportunities, converting prospects and building a customer base.
• Confidence working autonomously and managing a defined sales territory.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt for and win new business across South West Melbourne, building a customer base from the ground up.
• Prospect through cold calling, site visits and face-to-face meetings across the construction industry.
• Manage a small portfolio of existing customers while maintaining a strong focus on new opportunities.
• Use local market knowledge to grow ARC’s presence in a highly competitive region.
