Job summary

Adbri Masonry is seeking a proactive Field Sales Professional to own and grow a regional Victoria portfolio, building strong relationships with builders, bricklayers, resellers and suppliers.

You will travel the territory, visit customers, quote opportunities and collaborate with Campbellfield and Bendigo teams for training and meetings, while balancing planning and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and growing customers.
• Experience selling masonry, concrete products or building materials is highly regarded.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial and residential customers.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
• Develop strong relationships with builders, resellers, contractors and construction stakeholders.
• Promote Adbri Masonry's concrete products: bricks, blocks, pavers.
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer activity through Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service and delivery outcomes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and act as the main contact for product issues.
• Achieve sales targets across revenue, margin, volume, retention and growth.
