Job summary

InfraBuild’s Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) in Caboolture is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive growth in the residential market and strengthen customer partnerships.

You will manage a defined sales territory, win new business, collaborate with the Branch Manager, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture while promoting the company’s sustainable manufacturing and local service ethos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

As a Key Account Manager based in our Caboolture site, you'll be central to strengthening ARC's presence in the market, creating value for customers and helping the site realise its growth potential. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you'll use your sales capability, customer insight and local market knowledge to build momentum and make a visible impact.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in account management, business development or B2B sales.

• Confidence working autonomously and managing a defined sales territory.
• Experience within construction, building products, steel or related industries will be highly regarded.
