Bedrock Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager to cover Brisbane South and the Gold Coast. You'll drive growth across multi-residential, commercial and residential projects by engaging with architects, engineers, builders and contractors.

You’ll manage long sales cycles, read technical drawings, and travel regionally to win high-value deals. The role demands strategic sales leadership and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or account management in construction materials or related building products.
• Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a targeted sales strategy to grow market share in Brisbane South and Gold Coast.
• Engage with architects and engineers to specify products and convert to head contractors and installers.
• Develop tailored solutions for project-specific requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, engineers and sub-contractors.
• Manage projects from concept to site delivery and secure repeat business.
• Deliver executive-level presentations to stakeholders.
