Job summary

Creation Homes is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow external sales channels in Melbourne. You will build relationships with third-party agents, land agents, and referral partners to expand our stock portfolio and drive house and land package sales.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B sales, ideally involving house and land packages or town homes.
Ability to establish and grow relationships with third-party sales agents, land agents, and referral partners.
Existing industry networks and external sales channels would be highly regarded.
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Strong earning potential.

Responsibilities
