Wesfarmers Limited is seeking an Account Manager to own a diverse Mount Isa territory, partnering with customers across Mining, Utilities and Government sectors. The role is permanent full-time with significant field work and close collaboration with the Mount Isa Operations Team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The candidate will nurture existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, and develop value-driven solutions that contribute to sales and profit growth in a dynamic region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management or business development.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow customer relationships across Mining, Utilities, and Government sectors.
• Spend majority of time in the field visiting sites and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage and expand existing portfolio while securing new business opportunities.
• Develop value-driven solutions that drive customer success and profit growth.
• Execute a strategic territory plan and use CRM to manage opportunities.
