Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. You will maintain direct contact with the existing customer base and proactively identify new customers in the Building & Construction sector, focusing on productivity, safety, and sustainability.

You’ll develop customers, introduce new products and services, and execute sales strategies across your territory with on-site client interactions and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating roles is required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Hands-on with field tools and product demonstrations, using Salesforce to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in the territory on a daily basis.
• Manage time and territory to optimize sales potential by zone.
• Present Hilti products and services as a trusted advisor in the market.
• Record interactions and progress in Salesforce for reporting.
