Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, customer-facing field sales or territory sales.
• Construction industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn and work independently.
• Hands-on attitude: demonstrate tools and use Salesforce for tracking.
• Strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in your territory, identifying opportunities.
• Create daily schedules with on-site presence and client offices to optimize sales potential.
• Act as Hilti brand ambassador with high-level customer consultations.
• Record interactions in Salesforce to track progress and report results.
