Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female Support Workers to join their team in the Silverdale area. The participant requires staff who are patient, resilient, consistent, and experienced with complex support needs.

You will provide personal care, daily living assistance, community access, transport support, medication documentation, and follow behaviour support plans. A current First Aid and CPR certificate, a valid driver’s licence, and NDIS/Aged Care screening are required.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with experience supporting participants with complex behaviours.
• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

• You must be female and experienced with supporting participants with complex behaviours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• A current NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check
