Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female Support Workers to join our team in the Taree area. The role focuses on patient and compassionate support for participants in NDIS or Aged Care settings.

Sleep-over shifts are required throughout the week, with a commitment to safety and high-quality care. The successful candidate will hold a Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent, have current First Aid and CPR, a valid driver’s license, and a genuine desire to support participants in

Qualifications

• Female candidate required; sleep over shifts during the week.
• Experience with NDIS or Aged Care preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with community access and transport.
• Provide medication assistance and maintain documentation.
• Follow behaviour support plans and care plans.
• Promote independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to policies and safety standards.

About the role

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female Support Workers to join their team in the Taree area. The participant requires support from staff who are patient, resilient, consistent, and experienced in delivering high quality support.

What you'll be doing

• Personal care and daily living assistance.
• Community access and transport support.
• Medication assistance and documentation.
• Following behaviour support strategies and care plans.
• Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
• Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care team
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• You must be female and willing to do sleep over shifts through the week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• A current NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check
