Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female support workers to join their team in the Dulwich Hill, Marrickville, Bondi, Concord, and West Ryde areas. Our participants require support from staff who are patient, resilient, consistent, and experienced in delivering high quality support.

You will provide personal care, daily living assistance, and community access, while following care plans and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only.
• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily living assistance.
• Community access and transport support.
• Medication assistance and documentation.
• Following behaviour support strategies and care plans.
• Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
• Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care team
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

• You must be female to be considered for this role
• Being Bilingual in Vietnamese and English would be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• A current NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check
