Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female Support Workers to join our Gosford team. You will provide personal care, transport support and daily living assistance to participants, with a focus on patient, empathetic care in line with care plans.

We value independent work and teamwork, strong communication, and maintaining accurate documentation. A current First Aid/CPR certificate, valid driver’s licence, and NDIS/Aged Care screening are required.

Qualifications

• Female candidate as per role requirement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Caring, patient and empathetic by nature.
• Qualification: Certificate III in Disability/Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check current.

• Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.
• Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care team
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we’re looking for

• You must be female
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
