Job summary

Home Caring Pty Ltd in Moe is seeking casual NDIS and aged care support workers to provide in-home assistance across Moe, Clayton, Richmond and Chadstone. Shifts include mornings and afternoons to support participation and wellbeing.

You will contribute to personal care, transport support, medication assistance, and following care plans while promoting independence and safety. Flexible hours, ongoing training and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Caring, patient and empathetic nature.

About the role

Home Caring Vermont are seeking casual Support Workers to join their team in the Moe, Clayton, Richmond and Chadstone areas. We require Support Workers who are available for morning and afternoon shifts and are experienced with either or both Aged Care and NDIS participants.

What we're looking for
