Job summary

ASI Solutions in Canberra is seeking an Account Executive to grow our Federal Government portfolio from the Belconnen office. You will build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and identify opportunities across hardware, IT solutions, security software and managed services.

You will partner with ASI’s Services and Account teams to tailor right-sized solutions, prepare proposals and tender responses, negotiate outcomes, and maintain accurate CRM records to report

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales as a Business Development Manager or Account Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with a background in customer support.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing Federal Government clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hardware, IT solutions, security software and managed services.
• Partner with ASI’s Services and Account teams to design right-sized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and tender responses that clearly articulate value.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to reach outcomes that work for all involved.
• Keep CRM records accurate and current, and report on progress against targets and customer satisfaction.
