Searchability® in Canberra is seeking a senior, relationship-led account leader to grow existing government portfolios and land new IT services deals with Australian Federal agencies. You will work in a hybrid arrangement, leveraging your network and deep understanding of government procurement to shape outcomes.

The role emphasizes managing complex RFQs, tenders and alignments across CIO/CTO levels, while partnering with delivery teams to attach services and IP to hardware and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior account management or business development selling IT services into Federal Government.

Responsibilities

• Engaging at CIO, CTO and program level across Federal Government agencies.
• Growing a portfolio of strategic key accounts and uncovering new opportunities within them.
• Driving new agency acquisition through your own network and market knowledge.
• Leading RFQs, tenders, BuyICT and direct agency opportunities from qualification to close.
• Negotiating commercial outcomes that work for the client and the business.
• Keeping CRM and forecasting accurate and reporting progress against targets.
