Job summary

The Children's Cancer Institute in Sydney invites a Relationship Manager to lead integrated Gift in Wills and Mid-Value strategies, strengthening supporter relationships and expanding the donor pipeline to sustain income growth.

You will engage with supporters face-to-face, at events, and through personalised communications, using Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite to inform strategies, report to leadership, and deliver impact for children’s cancer research.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in not-for-profit or commercial sectors.
• Degree level in business/marketing or relevant field with fundraising/sales experience.
• Evidence of leadership and strategy development.
• Experience shaping fundraising or commercial strategy and presenting to senior teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated Gift in Wills and Mid-Value strategies.
• Build strong relationships through high-touch engagement with supporters.
• Proactively connect with supporters via meetings, events, calls, and personalized communications.
• Support donors and drive sustainable income growth.
