Job summary

JLL in Adelaide is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the delivery of integrated facilities management across workplace operations, customer experience, admin services, and vendor coordination within a corporate environment.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe, seamless, and high‑performing workplace across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house spaces, including reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations or admin support within a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of workplace front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
• Coordinate mail, couriers and office supplies.
• Assist with meetings, events and AV/tech support.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and service requests.
• Support safety, security and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for facilities operations.
