Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Manager in day-to-day workplace and facilities operations.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and service standards.
• Manage office supplies, consumables, and inventory levels.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and workplace support.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and building management.
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and service issues.
• Monitor, track, and resolve work orders and service requests via FM systems.
• Maintain facilities records, service logs, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
