Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a Soft Services Coordinator at Crown Sydney. You will oversee cleaning, waste management and other soft services, coordinating contractors and ensuring service standards are met across a 24/7 roster.

You will conduct audits and quality reviews, analyse performance data, and drive improvements for sustainability and operational excellence while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities management, property services, cleaning operations, or waste management.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections and quality assurance activities.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk and operational best practice.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and monitor cleaning, waste management and soft services contractors across the site.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Manage supplier performance against service standards and KPIs.
• Support operational planning for scheduled, reactive and emergency services.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Analyse service delivery data and report contractor outcomes.
