Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited (Crown Perth) is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our world-class hospitality complex. You will oversee facilities maintenance strategy, asset performance, and contractor management while supporting the deferred infrastructure programme.

In addition to financial and compliance duties, you will coordinate risk assessments, PTW processes, tender administration, and minor projects, working closely with operations

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in facilities management, project administration, or engineering support.
• Experience managing financial documents, cost tracking and budgets.
• Exposure to Work Order platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk assessments and regulatory/compliance reporting.
• Manage permit to work applications, inductions and contractor access.
• Assist with tender administration and record quotations.
• Maintain programme finance documents, cost reports and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day minor projects with operations teams.
