Job summary

Crown Perth at Crown Resorts Limited is seeking a casual Maintenance Person to keep the venue safe, functional and operating at a high standard in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs and installations, and use CMMS/work request systems to manage tasks. A proactive, safety-conscious mindset and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman position.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CMMS platforms or work request systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
• A focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to maintain a safe environment.
• Complete repairs and installations
• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Utilise CMMS/work request systems to manage and prioritise maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance works.
• Work collaboratively with team members and departments across the business.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and company policies.
