Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking a Service Manager to lead the operational delivery of events and conferences, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You’ll manage event service teams, build strong relationships with clients and organisers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver events on time, safely, and within budget.

Significant leadership in high-volume hospitality, with a focus on coaching, cost control and customer service

Qualifications

Significant experience managing large-scale events, conferences, banquets, or similar high-volume hospitality operations.
Minimum 2 years' leadership experience within event operations or a comparable environment.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Sound financial acumen with experience managing labour and operational cost

Responsibilities

Lead the operational delivery of events and conferences from set-up through to completion.
Manage and mentor event service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Build strong relationships with clients and event organisers.
Ensure events operate efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Event Planning, Event Sales, and Culinary teams.
