Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an established Project Manager to coordinate deferred infrastructure works at Crown Perth. You will manage contractor engagement, programme timelines, scope documentation, and pricing to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in project management or construction supervision, with strong stakeholder management and familiarity with MEPF disciplines and WA building compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years' experience in a project management or construction supervision role.
• Experience managing trade contractors across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with WA building compliance requirements and Australian Standards.
• Understanding of building services disciplines including MEPF.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of deferred infrastructure works across Crown Perth.
• Review pricing from contractors and prepare cost summaries.
• Manage site access, inductions, shutdowns and progress monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and scope documents.
• Serve as primary site contact for contractors on minor projects.
