Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited is seeking an established Project Manager to join our Engineering & Facilities Management team at Crown Perth. You will coordinate deferred infrastructure works, manage contractor engagement, and oversee programmes, scope documentation, and pricing to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

We require 3–5 years' PM or construction supervision experience, with a track record of managing trade contractors across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a project management or construction supervision role.
• Experience managing trade contractors across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with WA building compliance requirements, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards; understanding of MEPF disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, reviewing, and analysing pricing from contractors and consultants; preparing cost summaries and recommendations for the Programme Lead.
• Managing day-to-day contractor coordination — site access, inductions, plant shutdowns, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinating isolations and planned shutdowns with operations teams.
• Developing and maintaining project programmes, sequencing works per risk-based prioritisation (life safety first).
• Preparing and issuing scope of works documents to consultants and contractors, incorporating findings from the Arup infrastructure assessment.
• Day-to-day running of minor projects as primary site contact for contractors.

We're seeking an established Project Manager to sit within our Engineering & Facilities Management department to coordinate the delivery of deferred infrastructure works across the Crown Perth property and also manage contractor engagement, programme timelines, scope documentation, and pricing to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering, reviewing, and analysing pricing from contractors and consultants; preparing cost summaries and recommendations for the Programme Lead.
• Managing day-to-day contractor coordination — site access, inductions, plant shutdowns, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinating isolations and planned shutdowns with operations teams.
• Developing and maintaining project programmes, sequencing works in accordance with the risk-based prioritisation framework (life safety and compliance first, then financial risk, then guest and operational impact).
• Preparing and issuing scope of works documents to consultants and contractors, incorporating findings from the Arup infrastructure assessment.
• Day-to-day running of minor projects as primary site contact for contractors.

About you

• Minimum three to five years' experience in a project management or construction supervision role, ideally in facilities, hotel engineering, or building services.
• Demonstrated experience managing trade contractors across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with WA building compliance requirements, NCC, and relevant Australian Standards Understanding of building services disciplines including MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
