Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the resort’s facilities. You will oversee maintenance strategy, asset performance, contractor management and compliance support for the deferred infrastructure works programme.

You will coordinate risk assessments, financial reporting, and day-to-day minor projects, collaborating with operations and contractors to drive excellence across Crown Perth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities management, project administration or engineering support.
• Experience handling cost reports, purchase orders and budget reconciliation.
• Exposure to Work Order platforms and systems; capable of financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk assessments, compliance reporting and regulatory obligations.
• Manage PTW applications, inductions and contractor access arrangements.
• Assist with tender administration and document control.
• Maintain programme finance documents: cost reports, FY spend, budgets and capex.
