Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WHS&E compliance and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings operate safely and efficiently, delivering a positive tenant experience.
• Maintain presentation and service delivery to Investa standards.
• Build relationships with tenants and tenant reps.
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Support energy, water, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting and lifecycle planning for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Prepare monthly operational reporting.
• Support emergency management and safety inspections.
