Mirvac invites experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations and maintenance of a premium CBD asset at 55 Collins Street, Melbourne. You will drive service delivery, safety and sustainability while coordinating building services and tenant experience.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage contractors, oversee budgets and capex, ensure NCC/HSE compliance, and foster continuous improvement. On-call readiness and leadership in a dynamic environment are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-volume environment with competing priorities.
• Understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE and risk management.
• Technical competency with trades or equivalent qualifications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring timely responses.
• Regularly review identified risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support project delivery with a safe, sustainable, and innovative culture.
• Assist with budgets and capex, plus ongoing monitoring and reforecasting.
• Perform daily inspections of plant and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Review proposed works for compliance with NCC and approvals.
• Prepare scopes of work for operational or minor capital projects.
• Escalate critical service interruptions and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage contractors and service providers per Mirvac policies.
• Lead the team to develop skills, engagement and performance.
• Adhere to policies and complete reporting and compliance duties.
