Job summary

Transgrid is recruiting a Workplace Services Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Creek, Sydney. This on-site, 12-month fixed-term position involves front-of-house duties, administration and coordinating mail, deliveries and security access.

You will support meeting services, document control and travel bookings while liaising with internal teams and external vendors to maintain site standards and service levels.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive professional with experience in workplace coordination/administration, executive support or reception/FOH in corporate/government/regulated settings.
• Collaborative approach with ability to stay composed and solutions-focused when juggling competing demands.
• Willingness to develop corporate systems and new skills as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house duties including reception services and general office administration.
• Oversee visitor access, site security, switchboard operations across office and depot environments.
• Coordinate and respond to property maintenance requests and deliveries.
• Assist in delivering WHS-aligned emergency plans and hazard monitoring.
• Support meetings, document control, travel bookings and database updates.
