Job summary

Randstad in North Ryde is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to lead a team of two receptionists and oversee two adjacent buildings. You will coordinate workplace services, maintenance and contractor management to ensure a seamless office experience across both sites.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, compliance, budgeting, and reception operations, with a view to permanent progression. On-site parking is available and you’ll operate within a modern, ASX-listed engineering business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities, Workplace, Property, Office Management or a similar coordination role.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your New Role
