Transgrid seeks a capable Workplace Services Coordinator to join our Eastern Creek team. The role is on-site five days a week, a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or permanent placement.

You will provide front-of-house and administrative support, manage visitor access, mail distribution, deliveries, and the security keys system, while collaborating with vendors to uphold site standards and WHS compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in workplace coordination/administration within corporate, government or regulated settings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Mansioni

• Manage visitor access and site security.
• Coordinate mail and deliveries.
• Provide reception and front-of-house support.
• Assist in WHS-aligned emergency plans and hazard monitoring.
• Support document control and meeting logistics.
