Transgrid is seeking a capable Workplace Services Coordinator to join our Eastern Creek team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role is on-site five days per week, delivering front-of-house services and essential office administration.
You will manage visitor access, mail, deliveries, document control, travel bookings and vendor coordination, while supporting WHS emergency plans and site standards. This role offers ongoing learning opportunities within a collaborative team.

We are currently seeking a capable and proactive Workplace Services Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Creek - Sydney. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with potential for the role to be extended or become permanent .
In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, you will provide administrative support delivering high quality, timely services including, reception services and general office administration.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating internal and external deliveries, couriers and collections, and managing the issuing and maintenance of the security keys and access cards system.
Please note, this role is based on site five days per week.
