OCS Australia is seeking a dynamic Contract Manager in Melbourne to own a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction and sustainable performance.

You will build strong client partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and lead a dispersed team while ensuring KPI, SLAs, safety and compliance. Working with site leadership, you will monitor performance, manage budgets, and contribute to a culture of care, safety, and quality.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in the Facilities Services sector.
• Experience delivering across multiple service streams.
• Experience working with OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements.
• Strong reporting, organisation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven track record of leading a dispersed workforce.
