Job summary

Serco in Melbourne is seeking a Client Services Manager within Facilities Management to lead cleaning service delivery across allocated schools, ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards are met.

You will build relationships with school representatives, coach up to 37 team members, monitor plans and MSRs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, cleaning or service delivery management.
• Proven ability to lead, engage and develop diverse teams.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Confident managing budgets, rosters and performance outcomes.
• Experience ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• A valid Australian Driver Licence and a Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day cleaning service delivery across allocated schools.
• Managing, coaching and supporting up to 37 cleaning team members.
• Building strong relationships with school representatives.
• Monitoring compliance with Cleaning Service Plans and MSRs.
