Job summary

Parks Victoria, located in Melbourne CBD and Inner Metro, seeks a Contract Manager – Facilities and Services to lead strategic management of complex facilities and statewide service contracts.

You will shape governance, mobilisation and performance across security, waste, cleaning, grounds and essential services, delivering value and risk management across the full lifecycle while collaborating with procurement, finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex, high-value or high-risk service contracts.
• Experience establishing contract governance and managing supplier performance.
• Knowledge of risk, negotiation and contract management best practices.
• Strong analytical, financial and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management strategies across the full lifecycle.
• Mobilisation, governance and performance across multiple services.
• Oversee security, waste and recycling, cleaning, grounds and essential services contracts.
• Provide commercial advice and translate requirements into measurable service standards.
• Support procurement planning and negotiations for new or renewed contracts.
