Job summary

You will be the face of the site, handling front‑of‑house tasks, calls, admin and coordinating with production and logistics; the ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service experience and own transport

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of genuine customer service or reception experience.
• Experience in admin or data entry is desirable.
• Strong communication, upbeat and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails as the first point of contact.
• Process orders and quotes, handle basic stock management and admin tasks.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams on schedules and deliveries.
